Confusion, Decisions and the Break-up

What do you do when your boyfriend says he loves you, and even though you love him, you know there's no way you can stay with him forever? It happened at lunch, at the table under the tree where we first met. "Kai, can I talk to you?". "Of course you can. What is it?". "I- I do love you... but I can't be with you anymore. I found out that there might be a way for me to get home and-". " Just stop. I know you want to go home, but until then I want to live life to it's fullest. But I can't do that without you.
